Description Responsible for supporting with the execution of effective sales and marketing programs and plans in WA which in turn supports the company's sales and margin performance in WA. Serve as the communication link between the customer and the company, partnering with the businesses network of key distributors and channel partners. Build trust and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners, effectively implementing programs to generate revenue growth as well as acquiring new customers. Assists the National Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategies to optimise profitable sales growth and works collaboratively across functions to ensure the customer enjoys optimal service levels. Profile Experience providing solutions sales into WA's mining or industrial sectors. Key Account Management experience across both end users and channel partners. Technical aptitude and hands-on mentality with an eye for details. Proven track record of establishing and maintaining trust working relationship with key customers, distributors and stakeholders. Able to work well as a member of a cross-functional team and have the ability to handle additional responsibilities and requests.
