You'll work closely with internal teams to keep projects moving on schedule while providing timely updates and support to clients throughout their build.About The RoleAct as the main point of contact for clients throughout their buildGuide clients through pre-construction and construction milestonesCoordinate selections, variations, and approvals in line with timelinesLiaise with internal teams (estimating, drafting, construction) to ensure timely updatesProactively manage communication, addressing client concerns and queriesEnsure all documentation and CRM records are up to dateAbout you : Experience in a Client Liaison / Customer Service role within residential building (project homes or custom homes)Strong understanding of the preconstruction process including DA's, CC and CDC's.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA customer-first mindset with a calm and professional approachWhat's in it for you : Up to $95k + Super (depending on experience)Potential to develop career and grow with the companyWork in a collaborative, supportive environment with room to growMonday to Friday, full time position.Modern offices & onsite parkingFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Rebecca Rollison at
