Job descriptionOHS Advisor to play an important role in the organisation. Roles and responsibilities Conducting site visits to check all OHS requirements by making sure the site is a safe place to work Communicating key stakeholders on WHS matters Assisting with the determining WHS legal requirements for the work activities Ensuring all records are kept up to date under WHS guidelines Assisting with the coordination of injury management / return to work plans / recovery at work for injured employees Requirements Tertiary qualifications in WHS related fields or in the process of completing Experience working in a blue collar labour hire agency Recent experience in an HSE Advisor position within the fabrication and mining contractor industry Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written) and experience working and interacting with site personnel.
