Our Clients are searching for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to take charge of General Store on Rottnest Island - a unique opportunity to live and work on one of WA's most iconic locations!

This role is a great opportunity to move from Perth to Rottnest, offering subsidised accommodation on the island.

• Running day-to-day store operations and leading a high-energy team
• Delivering top-notch customer service and keeping the store looking great
• Managing stock, sales, budgets, and store performance
• Ensuring food safety standards and compliance are met
• Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the store's offering What We're Looking For :
• Retail leadership experience - ideally in supermarkets or fast-paced retail
• A great leader - someone who can motivate and develop a team
• Strong financial skills - experience with sales, budgets, and GP
• A problem solver - able to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
• Tech-savvy - familiar with Microsoft, POS, and retail systems
• Food experience is a bonus - especially fresh and gourmet products
• RSA & Approved Manager certification?
