About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will :
- Lead the day-to-day operations of your room with professionalism and care.
- Support, guide, and collaborate with fellow educators to maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement engaging, child-centred programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including National Law and Regulations.
- Build respectful and effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- What We're Looking For
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in early childhood education.
- Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and the National Law and Regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using technology such as XPlor and Playground.
- A solid understanding of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reporting. A copy of your most recent Child Protection training will need to be sighted.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a room and work collaboratively within a team.
- Current Working with Vulnerable Person Check, National Police Check and Valid First Aid and CPR certification.

Pay : $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
