What We Need : The right candidate will be a positive and motivated individual who is good at managing their time and priorities, has exceptional organisational skills, works well within a team as well as autonomously on both small and large projects, and is willing to jump in and assist with what needs to be done.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administration support to the corporate partnership team including tracking of partnership deliverables, invoicing, ensuring Salesforce data integrity and responding to general queries and emails
  • Coordination of volunteer staff for various company events
  • Diary and schedule management – including booking appearances, scheduling talent, recruiting and on boarding new talent and maintaining quality and cleanliness of suits
  • Assist in financial administration including procurement, banking and reconciliation processes – training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Manage reconciliation, packing and delivery of merchandise orders
  • Managing communications via email inbox, phone calls, incoming mail, event rsvp’s, and public walk-ins
  • Support in permit applications for relevant events
  • Support briefing in and collecting printed marketing and event collateral

What You Bring :

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing administrative role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and solution-driven with tasks and challenges
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong experience in a similar role gained either in the not-for-profit or commercial sector
  • Previous experience with CRM and finance systems including Salesforce and MYOB highly desirable
