Our client is a leading accounting practice with national and international affiliations who have built a strong culture and have excellent staff retention.
The role provides support to a team of Accountants, Financial Advisers and HR team along with other Client Services staff and duties include the following :
Diary management of Partners and engaging with clients in organising meetings etc.ASIC / ATO data entry and management.Provide administrative support to all team members.Maintain client database.Prepare fees and invoices where required.PDF client income tax returns and financial statements.Other general administrative duties including scanning and filing.Relief Reception as required.Essential skills required are :
Minimum two years' experience working in administration or Client Services within a professional services environment.Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills.Strong organisational and time management skillsAbility to prioritise to meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.Must be able to work well under pressure.Great communication skills.
