Two of our Accounting clients are hiring due to business growth and internal promotions. They are looking for a Senior Client Service Administrator who’s ready to thrive in a modern, fast-paced, and tech-driven accounting firm.

If you’ve spent the last 3–4 years working across two or more public practice firms, and you're looking for a team that supports career development, encourages autonomy, and values innovation, we’d love to hear from you.

Supporting partners and accountants with high-level client administration
Managing end-to-end client onboarding, compliance lodgements (ASIC, ATO), and engagement letters
Owning and improving internal systems and processes using leading tech platforms
Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
Coordinating billing cycles, debtor management, and reporting
Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing workflow tracking tools

About You :

3–4 years of admin experience in two or more accounting firms (public practice essential)

You’re confident with tech platforms like APS, Xero, FYI Docs, or similar

You love efficiency and are always looking to improve how things are done

Professional, proactive, passionate and calm under pressure

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
