The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Client Services Administrator (CSA) , with a positive can-do attitude, to provide administrational and organisational support to the team of accountants and their clients.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Managing the workflow of a team of accountants to ensure they have a steady stream of work that is complete as scheduled
• Preparation and distribution of letters of engagement and proposals to clients
• Liaising with clients to gather information and documents
• Attending to and liaising with clients and accountants on queries
• Setting up work papers
• Scheduling and booking internal and external meetings
• Managing the teams work in progress (WIP's)
• Raising of invoices
• Attending to ATO phone calls, daily lodgements and coordination of IAS and BAS emails
• Managing lodgement of tax returns / management of the team's tax lodgment program
• Preparation of Group Structure Charts
