About The Role

DOGUE Balmain is currently seeking a new team member to our "work family" on a Full Time or Part Time basis.

In This Busy Role, You Will Be Responsible For

Meeting and greeting customers and taking phone enquiries and bookingsTaking grooming notes and communicating them with the groomersRetail sales and customer satisfaction helping to reach sales targets and providing exceptional customer serviceSupervising doggy daycare, keeping the facility clean and conduct dog walks, health and behaviour checks and lots of love of course!Take pride in product merchandising displays and store presence ensuring all is fully stocked and keeping up with new season campaigns

About You

An outgoing, proactive and driven personalityAbility to multi-task between two legged and four legged clientsA genuine passion for customer serviceMinimum 1-2 years retail experiencePrevious experience working with dogs or in a grooming or vet clinic is extrremely beneficialMust be available full time including SaturdayMust have dog handling skillsMust love dogs!
