Your New Company :

My client who is a West Australian family owned and operated company who, over the last 30 years has developed a reputation for providing excellence in : safety, reliability, customer service and value engineering.

Your New Role :

Reporting to Install Project Manager you will engage with employees, clients, technicians and various internal departments to ensure scheduled install works are prepared and mobilised to site as scheduled. It is an opportunity to demonstrate your advanced administrative skill within an exciting growth division. This is a FIFO role on a 19 / 9 roster paying $115,000 p / a plus super.

Typical duties include :

• Organising pre-employment medicals, inductions, site forms, new starter pack
• Liaising with Project Managers, Clients and Technicians.
• Coordinate site requirements
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Checking trade qualifications and licences are correct and comply with site requirements
• Document control and filing
• Creating quotes and reviewing client accounts
• Strong employee and client focus
• Mobilisation of employees to site.
• General Document Control and assistance with administration across the Installation division
