ABAlink a progressive early intervention provider located in Ryde specialising in the delivery of evidence based early Intervention programs for children with Autism in Sydney.
We are looking for someone who has a passion in the disability sector where reliability and time management is important in order support our clients and team.
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the sales coordinator is the first point of contact answering enquiries ensuring all customers receive the highest level of service whilst being mindful of growth targets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage an inbound enquiry mailbox
- Ability to make outbound sales calls.
- Meet Sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, LAC's, Support coordinators, clients and other professionals
- Maintaining the CRM system ( Zoho and Bullhorn)
- Participate in sales meetings
- General upkeep of the front office space
- Key Requirements
- Proven customer service / Sales background in Disability Sector A high level of integrity
- Approachable and personable nature
- Shows initiative and demonstrates adaptability.
- Good time management
- An understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems / software
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Professional and warm phone manner
- Drivers License is a must for this position.
