About the Opportunity Reporting to the Leisure Systems Manager, the Hospitality Applications Administrator supports the availability, maintenance, administration, configuration, and service management of Opera PMS, Simphony POS, and various hotel solutions.

Come along for a new journey You will work with internal business stakeholders (Club, Resorts, Revenue, Finance, Growth Strategy and Analytics), Technology stakeholders across different supply teams mainly Infrastructure, Cyber, PMO, and Architecture and vendors to ensure agreed system upgrades, processes, and procedures are in place to support business operations

Key responsibilities :

maintain all hotel applications required to support the RACV Clubs and Resorts ensure key applications are supported, run efficiently, assist with the maintenance of application currency, supports regulatory and compliance requirements; and operates within the RACV IT and Risk and Compliance Framework (Governance, Security, Access and Usage). deliver an effective balance of hotel systems subject expertise to support current and future operational demand, service management, communication, and application product knowledge to inform and implement continuous improvement initiatives including supporting project work where key hospitality systems are impacted Who we're looking for and what you'll bring Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything.
