Duties include but not limited to;Maintain the client purchase order registerProject reconciliations and reportingSubmit and manage expense claimsEnd to end purchasingRaise purchase orders as per requisition requestsMaintain open and updated purchase orders within the systemComplete end of month processes including monthly invoicingCompiling data and producing invoice summariesDebtor managementEnter all payments received into ProntoWIP reportEOM processing and reviewOther duties as requested by the Business Support Team LeaderAbout YouPrevious experience of minimum 3 years in a similar roleCertificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalentKnowledge of accounting principlesKnowledge of Pronto (desirable)Ability to multi-task and with multiple prioritiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of workIntermediate to advanced capability with Microsoft Office Suite - primarily excelStrong data entry skillsStrong communication and relationship building skillsProblem solving skillsRemuneration and BenefitsFull-time ContractCompetitive salarySupportive management and environmentClose to public transport including train and busesFun, fast-paced and energetic team environmentDiscounted health insurance & health servicesEmployee Assistance ProgramCareer progression opportunitiesNeighbouring Childcare FacilitiesFlexible Working Arrangements
