Top-tier firm is seeking a lawyer to join their wider in-house legal team as a Conflicts Solicitor.NO prior conflicts experience required and will look at candidates from any area of law, including insurance.TRAINING in conflicts law is provided.NO time-sheets, billable targets or business development!GREAT flexibility and hours.

In the role, you will report to the Head of Conflicts and work with a team of Conflict Lawyers in Sydney.

You will be exposed to varied and complex work in a fast-paced environment.

You will use your legal skills and gain a unique insight into the operations of a global billion-dollar business and their clients.DutiesIn the role, you will : Advise on the resolution of complex legal and commercial conflicts, and set up information barriers of various complexity.Ensure compliance with global sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.Review and draft conflict provisions in the firm's documentation.QualificationsWe are seeking someone with : 3+ years PQE gained in a top-tier, international, national or mid-tier firm.

Will also look at candidates from large defendant insurance firms.Prior conflicts experience is NOT required as training will be provided.
