Our global Conflicts and New Business Intake department is expanding, and we are currently recruiting for a Conflicts Specialist to join our team based in Australia.
The Conflict Specialist position works in collaboration with the broader Conflicts team by providing high level administrative support across a number of functions. These include :
A big part of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information between the Conflicts team and legal groups, as well as the accuracy and completeness of documentation to ensure a proper analysis can be conducted by the lawyers in the Conflicts team.

This position is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to work in a hybrid or predominantly remote work environment. If you prefer to work in the office, we have locations in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. If you prefer to work remotely, we can accommodate that too (other than the occasional in office meeting or social event). Either way, we would be happy to discuss whatever arrangements would work best for you.
Attention to detail is critical in this role as are excellent customer service, analytical and judgement skills. To be successful in this role you must be a self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently but is also capable of working positively as part of a team.
We are looking for a high-level administrator with excellent communication skills and the ability to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment. With at least two years in an administrative support role, you will be able to demonstrate high level computer skills, be able to manage time efficiently and interact with diverse personalities effectively.
Experience within a conflicts team is not essential, however high-level administrative support in a professional services environment is critical to ensuring your success.
