Retail Manager

With an excellent industry reputation and long-standing client relationships, this pivotal position will oversee the day-to-day operation of the workshop as well as regular client interaction. You will play a critical role in ensuring the collaborative and enjoyable company culture is maintained, whilst actively ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your primary responsibilities will include :

• Responding to requests for tyre fitting and wheel alignments
• Scheduling and allocating the workload to ensure client's deadlines are met
• Provide accurate and relevant advice to provide customised tyre solutions
• Procurement of tyres and negotiating of pricing
• Ensure all safety standards are upheld and hold regular toolbox talks
• Ensure all completed work is invoiced correctly
• Plan work rosters, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
