Where you'll be working : Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital (HKH), Security Department
What You'll Be Doing : The Security Manager reports to the Manager, Corporate Services, overseeing daily management of Security Services for HKHS, HKH, community health centers, and early childhood centers.
Responsibilities include ensuring 24 / 7 security service delivery, compliance with policies, security management, parking, risk management, staff training, and security systems management.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria :
Current NSW Security Licence Class 1A, Senior First Aid Certificate, NSW Unrestricted Driver's Licence.
Experience leading a security team in a senior management capacity, ensuring governance, compliance, and staff accountability.
Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills, and preparing supporting reports or briefs.
Experience managing rostering practices, ensuring appropriate coverage, compliance, and cost-effective resource allocation.
