- We're seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Security Representative Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining compliance with Defence Industrial Security Program (DISP) requirements.

- Security Program Development & Compliance
Provide support to the Lockheed Martin-Australia Chief Security Officer (CSO) to develop, administer, and audit security programs for compliance with regulations and requirements associated with protecting classified material, export-controlled data, and proprietary information. This includes supporting all elements of security across the region.
Contractual Security SupportProvide comprehensive support for all Lockheed Martin business area programs and to operate as contractual security requirements related to projects and programs, ensuring adherence to customer / company and program-defined security expectations.
Program ManagementCost, Schedule, and Quality ManagementCollaborate with leadership and enterprise business partners to manage the quality, schedule, and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while prioritising security requirements.
Risk CommunicationCommunicate observations, recommendations, and business-minded security solutions to leadership and enterprise business partners.
Clearance Processing & Customer SupportProcess clearances and manage customer visits, providing support for classified meetings and ensuring secure environments.
About youAs the Security Representative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Lockheed Martin Australia and New Zealand Protective Security team to deliver Protective Security services that enable the Australian and New Zealand business, keep our people safe, and secure our intellectual property (IP), and data.Essential experience, knowledge and skills requiredTertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (preferred in the Security domain) and / or equivalent combined industry and defence experience associated with an engineering, technical, or maintenance environment.In depth knowledge and understanding of the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF); the Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF); and, the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM).Extensive experience leading, managing, developing, and motivating multidisciplinary teams, preferably across multiple sites.Significant experience successfully developing and communicating strategies and plans.Extensive proven experience in developing Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Work Instructions using process mapping, workflow diagrams, and data change methodologies.Completion and acceptance of Security Officer training by the Defence Security Agency (DSA).Special RequirementsApplicants must hold and maintain appropriate work rights applicable to Australia.Employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations as well as police checks.
