• We're seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Security Representative Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining compliance with Defence Industrial Security Program (DISP) requirements.

• Security Program Development & Compliance

Provide support to the Lockheed Martin-Australia Chief Security Officer (CSO) to develop, administer, and audit security programs for compliance with regulations and requirements associated with protecting classified material, export-controlled data, and proprietary information. This includes supporting all elements of security across the region.

Provide comprehensive support for all Lockheed Martin business area programs and to operate as contractual security requirements related to projects and programs, ensuring adherence to customer / company and program-defined security expectations.

Collaborate with leadership and enterprise business partners to manage the quality, schedule, and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while prioritising security requirements.

Communicate observations, recommendations, and business-minded security solutions to leadership and enterprise business partners.

Process clearances and manage customer visits, providing support for classified meetings and ensuring secure environments.
