The Emerging Asia Cluster & ANZ Compliance Lead will serve as the primary compliance advisor to the Cluster Country Presidents and the ANZ leadership teams, supporting a culture of quality and integrity and the assessment and mitigation of risks across all business units. The Compliance Lead drives the identification and effective management of key risk areas in collaboration with business leadership and local risk management functions, and provides oversight, strategic direction, and operational support for the implementation of all elements of an effective compliance program.

What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will :

Be the Compliance Leader :

• Develops and drives Emerging Asia and ANZ compliance and risk program including development of a plan addressing the risk profile of the market. Overall, responsible for effective compliance program designed to prevent and detect system ic non-compliance and drive ownership of compliance.

Support implementation of corporate and divisional policies and procedures within business units and the development of regional / local specific guidance or policies as needed; Partner with relevant SMEs to identify policy and training needs and implement an effective policy and training framework for the country in consultation with key business and risk management partners; identify training needs across the country and develop a training curriculum and program in key areas.

Support for Global / Regional Risk Management : At times, as requested or needed, support initiatives and programs designed to identify , mitigate, and / or monitor areas of emerging or established risk on a global or regional level .
