The COMCAR and Programs Branch is responsible for delivering high quality, secure and confidential car-with-driver and other ground transport services to high profile clients, such as the Governor-General and Prime Minister (both current and former), parliamentarians, member of the Federal Judiciary and other high office holders. Additionally, the Branch provides secretariat support to the Australian Political Exchange Council.
COMCAR provides ground transport and associated support services to visiting Guests of Government such as Royalty, Heads of State, Heads of Government, and other foreign dignitaries. COMCAR frequently delivers services during major international events such as the ASEAN Special Summit, Group of Twenty meetings (G20), the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), and other Ministerial forums hosted in Australia. COMCAR has a national presence, with drivers located in each state and territory.
The COMCAR National Operations Centre (CNOC) is the engine room of COMCAR, responsible for managing client bookings, allocations, and trip dispatches to our state and territory driver workforce within a 24 / 7 operational environment.

Through a collaborative approach, the APS6 CNOC Operations Manager leads and supports the National Operations team in the planning and delivery of quality car-with-driver services, in partnership with our state and territory-based staff, within a 24 / 7 operational environment.
