Operational since 2006, our business model is built around our ability to provide tailor-made workforce solutions for our clients together with customer service that delivers above and beyond._ About The Role_ Support managers in the development and coordination of effective business cases, position descriptions, and advertisements for recruitment platforms HR advisory and consultancy services based on the industrial framework Workforce information, analysis, and reporting Research, analyse and interpret HR information to provide professional and appropriate advice and recommendations (written and verbal). Coach leaders regarding human resource issues and provide advice and guidance Prepare correspondence on a range of HR issues for internal and external stakeholders Contribute to the evaluation of human resources services and initiatives Maintain a high-level knowledge of contemporary human resource management practices About You_ While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in human resources / employee relations from a recognised tertiary institution, would be well regarded. Knowledge of ability to gain knowledge in Aurion, SharePoint, Tadpole Timesheets and Microsoft Office software, would be well regarded
