Operational since 2006, our business model is built around our ability to provide tailor-made workforce solutions for our clients together with customer service that delivers above and beyond._About The Role_Support managers in the development and coordination of effective business cases, position descriptions, and advertisements for recruitment platformsHR advisory and consultancy services based on the industrial frameworkWorkforce information, analysis, and reportingResearch, analyse and interpret HR information to provide professional and appropriate advice and recommendations (written and verbal).Coach leaders regarding human resource issues and provide advice and guidancePrepare correspondence on a range of HR issues for internal and external stakeholdersContribute to the evaluation of human resources services and initiativesMaintain a high-level knowledge of contemporary human resource management practicesAbout You_While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in human resources / employee relations from a recognised tertiary institution, would be well regarded.Knowledge of ability to gain knowledge in Aurion, SharePoint, Tadpole Timesheets and Microsoft Office software, would be well regardedThis role is offered on a casual contract, with full time hours until 30 / 06 / 24 with the possibility to extend.
