About The Role

We are currently recruiting for two permanent part-time and one casual Registered Nurse to join our team at St Paul's in Hahndorf, working AM or PM shifts .

In This Rewarding Role, You Will

Deliver holistic, person-centred care that supports residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing Conduct clinical assessments, develop and implement tailored care plans Ensure clinical documentation and care practices comply with quality and accreditation standards Supervise and mentor care staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture Liaise with allied health professionals, families, and residents to achieve best care outcomes

Essential

What we are looking for

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 1 year experience in residential aged care Strong clinical and assessment skills Ability to lead, prioritise, and make sound decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Current National Police Clearance Proof of work rights in Australia Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations and seasonal influenza vaccine (recommended)
