What Youll do
In this role youll help embed a culture of continuous growth supporting individuals and teams to develop the mindsets skills and capabilities they need to succeed today and tomorrow.
Youll work with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels to shape and deliver :
- Capability programs aligned to CSCs strategic goals
- Leadership and coaching initiatives that uplift performance at every level
- Experiences that reflect the diversity of how people learn digital experiential social and self-directed
- Initiatives that embed CSCs Core Competency Framework through exposure education and experience
