- Duties include but are not limited to
- Liaise with commercial clients in relation to maintenance jobs - take a detailed job brief
- Create job on internal system
- Determine the best trade / s required to complete the job
- Find and allocate subcontractor / s and liaise with client to book job in
- Data entry / update client details utilising project management software
- Perform associated administrative duties and work closely with Project Managers / Project Admins / Maintenance Coordinators
- Project Administration, Scheduling, Maintenance Coordinator or similar experience highly regarded however open to strong administration background preferably in Construction industry
- You are organised and are genuinely interested in understanding how projects work and their lifecycle
- Fantastic people and communication skills
- High attention to detail critical
- You love problem solving and are pro-active
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Solid skills in MSOffice
