YOUR ROLE Join our Air & Ocean division as an experienced Air Export Coordinator based at Banksmeadow NSW, responsible for managing outbound airfreight shipments from booking through to final invoicing. You'll be central to delivering time-critical logistics solutions, ensuring GDP, Dangerous Goods, and aviation security compliance, while also maximising consolidation efficiency and customer satisfaction.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Specifically, you will :

Negotiate spot rates and secure carrier space, updating system rate modulesBuild consolidations and manage HAWB / MAWB documentationLodge export declarations and aviation security paperwork in line with RACA standardsPrepare Dangerous Goods documentation and escalate non-complianceCoordinate temperature-sensitive and pharmaceutical shipments under GDP protocolsVerify charges, manage accruals and issue customer invoicesProvide proactive status updates and service recovery communicationsSupport audits and maintain accurate digital records for compliance.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Our ideal candidate brings at least three years' experience in airfreight export operations and a strong understanding of IATA DGR and export compliance. You will also have :

Completion of Year 12 (vocational qualification in logistics desirable)IATA Dangerous Goods certification, and ASIC or willingness to obtain sameStrong CargoWise capability, including use of Rate Manager and Freight TrackerAdvanced knowledge of Incoterms, RACA, and chain-of-custody compliancePrior experience with high-value, AOG, perishables, or pharma cargoStrong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
