We are seeking HR & HC drivers to operate across the Perth Metro region. Available roles include Agitator (HR), Tipper (HC), and Tanker (HC) .

About the Role

• Start times are typically between 4am and 6am, with shifts up to 10-11 hours, totaling around 50-55 hours per week. Overtime on Saturdays is generally available and paid at overtime rates.
• We offer a base pay rate, with overtime paid at time and a half for the first two hours beyond regular hours, and double time thereafter. Meal allowances are provided after 10 hours in a shift.
• This role involves high customer interaction, serving as the face of Heidelberg Materials Australia, delivering to various clients, and providing excellent customer service.
• We equip our drivers with advanced technology to ensure safety, optimize routes, and track loads.
• All new drivers undergo a 10-day training program before operating independently.
