The HR Business Partnerprovides best practice HR advice and guidance to Sanitarium's Brisbane and Perth factories. The role requires building effective working relationships based on partnership with operational Leaders to build capability and identify opportunities to improve and add value to business performance. The role is also expected to contribute to the development and implementation of organisational-wide People and Culture initiatives and strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational advice, support and solutions on people matters to maintain cultural aspirations and build leadership capabilityImplement strategies and initiatives that address issues and opportunities such as talent planning, learning and development, culture, employment relations, performance management and employee engagementPartner with leaders to support key ER / IR processes such as performance management, absenteeism, workplace investigations, medical terminations, grievances, and EA negotiationsSupport the business to effectively manage the impact of change through change planning and developing mitigation strategies to ensure limited industrial impact, employee engagement and maintain business continuity.Contribute to the development of, and facilitate training for operational leaders to build their leadership capability and behaviorsParticipate in, and lead, local and organisation-wide People and Culture initiatives and projectsProvide relevant people metrics and advice to key stakeholders to ensure informed business decisions are made regarding workforce planning.Success ProfileTertiary qualification in business / human resources managers or related disciplineDemonstrated HR Business Partnering and Generalist experience within FMCG environmentPrevious experience in delivering HR initiatives / programs, ideally around onboarding and / or training programs.Knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, Awards, Industrial Agreements together with sound knowledge of policy and procedureExperience in supporting Enterprise Bargaining agreementsStrong verbal and written communication skills and a natural tendency to connect with the business, build relationships and influence the key stakeholders.Working understanding of WH&S measures and preventions.Strong business acumenStrong customer focusSound organisational and time management skills with a willingness to take initiative and solve problemsBenefits4.5-day work week / Half-day FridaysAccess to a range of workplace health and wellbeing initiativesSalary sacrifice optionsAchievement awards and recognition programsStudy assistance to support role requirementsStaff storeOpportunity to contribute to community initiativesOnsite ParkingSanitarium Health Food Company has been operating for over 120 years!
