In this role, you'll :
Lead and guide a team of organisational design specialists who support the development and execution of organisational structures and operating models across the business. You’ll oversee the delivery of expert advisory services, covering everything from operating model design and job profiling to capability definition and role design. Along the way, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams, equipping them with the tools and resources they need to confidently adopt and embed new ways of working.
In this Senior Manager position, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, offering practical advice on how to align workforce planning with organisational design. Your team will help create job profiles, define capabilities, and develop tools that make it easier for leaders and teams to adapt to new ways of working.
You will also partner with People and Culture teams to develop and implement tools and resources for leaders and teams, to support the evolution of work and the adoption of new ways of working.

You bring experience in organisational design and a natural ability to translate big-picture strategy into practical solutions. You're confident leading a team, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and helping others navigate change with clarity and confidence.
You bring a track record of consistently meeting service delivery objectives in complex, high-demand environments, balancing stakeholder expectations, resource constraints, and shifting priorities with ease. Your strength lies in building and sustaining strong relationships across internal teams and external partners, ensuring communication remains clear, collaborative, and outcomes focused. You’re passionate about shaping how organisations work and helping teams thrive.
