This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to take on a role supporting a charismatic Managing Director and three Directors within our Business Advisory team.
We are a well-established mid-tier CA accounting practice based in the Perth CBD and offer a great culture, team, and growth opportunities.
As the successful candidate your prior experience working within a varied and busy professional office will assist you to be a true partner to the Directors you support and help them meet their strategic goals.
The salary range for this role is commensurate on experience and can be negotiated.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to : Diary management including scheduling meetings across various time zones; Booking domestic and international travel including relevant visas; Managing quarterly leadership events, as well as working with the marketing team to assist with coordination of client and social events; Preparing letters, presentations, reports and high-level formatting; Attending National meetings to take notes and create action plans for the Managing Director; Preparing QWILR new client proposals for the team; Client database administration using our CRM system Xero including adding and archiving clients; Drafting letters for ATO correspondence; General office support as required such as answering phone calls and scanning; Supporting the MD in coordinating our Asia Pacific firms; Working with coordinating and supporting our other business options; and Various other administration tasks as required. 26th June, 2025 Current Opportunity – Personal Assistant

Qualifications & Experience
This role requires a minimum of three years' experience in a similar professional services environment, along with strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, agile, able to manage confidential information and juggle diverse tasks with a proactive and positive attitude.
