full-time, permanent positionwith flexibility to work from home between service times, and access to your own desk at HQ, as you will work closely with the operations team. You'll begin with a comprehensive induction program, complete with support from your, Program Manager, Mentor and Regional Manager to ensure you're set up for success.Service operating times : _Before school care, 7 : 00am - 9 : 00am, After school care, 2 : 15pm -6 : 00pm, Admin time, 9.25 hours per week - Total 38 hours per week._Staffing structure : _This is a large service, and TeamKids has put together a unique staffing structure to support the needs of this school, to ensure the upmost support is provided. This will include, a full time Program Manager, full time Director of Service (x2), Second in Charge (x2), Permanent part-time educators (x10) and a pool of casual educators._Salary Range_72,000 - $75,000 plus super!_School Specifics - _This is _one_service, that caters for _two_separate schools, all on the same site. Beautiful, spacious environment with a mix of dedicated spaces and a big shared hall. This is a large service, with joint facilities. Commercial kitchen on site_. _Working with two schools that are super keen and excited to work collaboratively.As the Well-being and Inclusion Manager, you'll :Assisting on the floor with Inclusion and Behaviour management practices, supporting the educators with any behaviour management strategies and guiding children with their emotional regulationCommunicating with families about their individual children's behaviour and inclusion needs as needEvaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based support plans in collaboration with Program Manager and Directors of services.Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising TeamKids and schools positive behaviour support framework, and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices,Developing Inclusion Support funding cases with families in collaboration with our Child Health and Wellbeing teamDevelop Service Inclusion Plans and collaborate with external Inclusion support agencies.Building the knowledge, capacity and strengths of educators in their behaviour management practicesAttending professional development and training to ensure behaviour management practices and inclusionWork closely with the inclusion and wellbeing teams in both schools to ensure aligned practices within the program.You'll be perfect for this role if you'reYou're familiar with positive behaviour support frameworks and practices.You're compassionate, have a positive mindset, solution-focused, and thrive in a collaborative environment.You have experience working with individuals with complex behaviours and can stay calm in challenging situations.You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.NDIS experience is desired but not necessary.A big kid at heart who thrives in a lively, fast-paced environmentA natural leader withgreat communication skillsfrom chatting with kids to meeting with principalsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitudePassionate about ensuring that all children are respected, heard and included.Energetic, enthusiastic, and all aboutQualificationsDesired qualifications - studying towards or completed a diploma level in Play therapy, Occupational Therapy, behaviour therapy, or similar fields. Paired with experience working in the field.
Diploma level teaching / education qualifications also desired if paired with experience working in an inclusion role.
