The Member and Advice team provides end-to-end customer services to all members, helping them understand, manage, and tailor their retirement savings through appropriate information at the right time. M&A includes processing, payments, claims, complaints, contact centre, financial advice teams, and key support teams needed to manage customer flow.
The role We are committed to delivering greater retirement outcomes for our members. This Canberra-based role supports UniSuper by assisting the Advice function in providing best-practice service to UniSuper Advice clients, ensuring all written recommendations are efficiently and accurately implemented.
Key responsibilities include :
Assist Private Client Advisers in implementing financial advice by completing documentation, sourcing identification, and providing outstanding client service. Contact product providers to confirm confidential client information or verify the correct administration of adviser recommendations after lodgement. Maintain client files, manage workflow, and store client information securely. Ensure high compliance standards that meet Australian legislative requirements. Greet members and visitors, acting as a point of contact for clients. Perform general office management duties, including coordinating local team events, welcoming clients at the Unisuper Member Centre, and monitoring office stationery. About you We seek an individual experienced in fast-paced transformation environments, comfortable working with ambiguity. To be considered, you will have :
3-5 years of experience in administration or customer service. Strong client relationship skills and service ethic. High levels of personal organization and time management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the framework under which financial advisers operate (preferred). We value collaboration and ask you to commit to working 60% of your time in the office.
