Job descriptionEssential Criteria for selection University Degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. 15+ years industry experience, working with large tier 2 or tier 1 contractor organisations. Able to demonstrate a successful portfolio of projects within public infrastructure, civil construction and / or mine infrastructure works <$100M Ability to proactively influence and educate engineers and supervisors in commercial best practices. Ability to understand the likelihood and consequence of risk events in a construction project context in order to prioritise risk management. Demonstrated ability to analyse contractual / legal issues and provide solutions through appropriate problem-solving techniques. Sound commercial acumen accompanied by proven negotiation and inter-relationship skills. Good communication skills for the development of strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
