Main duties :
Update database to reflect changes to the status of customers and prospective customerInterpret callers' requirements, redirect calls to the appropriate area and respond to straight forward queries.Acting as an escalation point for more experienced Customer Services Officers, to assist in the re-direction and resolution of queriesVarious administrative duties to support the delivery of customer serviceAdhere to privacy and abide by code of conduct in relation to sensitive informationAbout you :
Previous experience in an Administration / Customer Service role or call centre experience would be advantageous but not essentialAbility to communicate with a diverse range of customers and willingness to helpProficient computer skills essentialAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamGood attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFully vaccinated (triple) and full working rights in AustraliaMust be able to pass a Police CheckJob TypesFull-time, Part-timePart-time hours : 25 per week
