Location : Melbourne CBD
Anticipated Schedule : 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Anticipated Duration : Approx. 3 months
Pay Rate : $38.01 / hour + Super
Your Role :
Hudson is seeking multiple Contact Centre Operators to support a critical government initiative launching from 1 July 2025. This is your chance to make a real difference—ensuring the people and communities who support us in times of crisis get the support they need in return.
In this inbound contact centre position, you'll assist members of the public. You'll provide accurate, empathetic and timely responses while navigating internal systems to deliver efficient service.
