Ours is a culture built over 50 years, and it's the reason for our continued success.Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital work.Monadelphous provides rail network maintenance, as well as rail rolling stock maintenance services, to key clients across Australia. Delivering planned and preventative maintenance, as well as major closedown works, our capability includes the use of a fleet of owned and operated rail maintenance on-track and mobile plant.We are currently looking for an experienced Rail Supervisor seeking a new challenge to join our Perth based team on a permanent full-time basis.This local position will see you working Monday - Friday in our Perth yard, with the occasional site visits. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to Planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews. Ensure compliance to relevant Safety Management System, Client specifications and standards. Ensure regular servicing, minor and preventative maintenance of all plant and equipment is performed to ensure maximum equipment availability. Our loyalty. We want you to reach your potential, we'd like to help you get there. What you will bring Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience in Rail & Track Maintenance. Cert III in Rail Infrastructure qualifications including Track Certifier and Inspection competencies (A & D elective groups). Rolling Stock Maintenance operations experience. Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements. Substantial leadership, people management and negotiation skills. Sound level of problem solving analytical and quality improvement skills. A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site.
