Position Overview :
As the Group HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and driving the HR function forward. The role involves a combination of team capability building, process refinement, coaching, recruitment, organisational design advice, and compliance management. This is a hands-on position requiring a strategic mindset and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop the skills and capabilities of a large HR Team through coaching and mentoring, clear communication, empowerment and facilitating team development initiatives
- Evaluate and refine HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness including the implementation of systems and frameworks to streamline HR operations.
- Offer advice on organizational design to optimize team structures.
- Facilitate effective communication with leaders and stakeholders.
- Develop processes for HR team to provide advice in investigations and HR matters.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive positive transformation while fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience
- Promote and support DE&I initiatives across the organisation and ensure fair and inclusive HR practices.
What you will need to be successful :
Proven experience as an HR leader with a focus on team development and capability building.Strong knowledge of HR / IR processes, systems, and compliance.Experience in organizational design and team structuring.Change management expertise.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational executionComfortable working in a production environment, managing both blue and white-collar workers.Down-to-earth attitude, avoiding the traditional HR police approach.This role will require occasional travel.
