Your role
We are seeking three highly skilled and strategic thinking Senior Compliance Specialists to join our evolving team and contribute to the continued enhancement of our compliance function.
As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in further strengthening and embedding our compliance management practices. Reporting to the Senior Leader - Compliance, you will drive the implementation, monitoring and advisory of compliance across our business to ensure our obligations are met under financial services, credit, AML / CTF, and prudential regulations.
You’ll provide expert advice, support People First Bank in managing its compliance obligations, and help us meet the expectations of our customers, regulators, and community.

You are an analytical thinker who uses sound judgment to navigate complex regulatory requirements with clarity and confidence. You are a clear and concise communicator who builds trust through collaboration and professionalism.
We also seek :
A tertiary qualification in compliance, risk, law, or a related field and / or compliance certification is preferred.
