The Company
Our client, is a high-profile property developer, that owns and operates a number of residential developments globally. Based in Perth's Western Suburbs, you will be part of a team working on their newest apartment developments - you’ll be the face of the community — building and maintaining strong tenant relationships.
The Position
- 38 x hour week - Working Wednesday to Sunday
- Responding to all rental enquiries
- Meeting and qualifying potential tenants & showing the apartments
- Processing tenant applications and references
- Lease sign-ups & renewals
- Schedule and conduct routine inspections
- Maintain presentation of apartments and shared spaces
- Manage online property listings
- Assist with resident events
- Update systems and maintain records
- Perform general admin and support tasks
Skills & Experience
Ideally, 2 years experience within the real estate industryProperty Management Registration preferred, but not essentialBe passionate about property, love engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.A genuine “people person” with excellent communication skillsHighly organised and detail-orientedProfessional presentation and a passion for customer serviceTech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systemsBenefits
