Our client, is a high-profile property developer, that owns and operates a number of residential developments globally. Based in Perth's Western Suburbs, you will be part of a team working on their newest apartment developments - you'll be the face of the community — building and maintaining strong tenant relationships.
The Position 38 x hour week - Working Wednesday to Sunday Responding to all rental enquiries Meeting and qualifying potential tenants & showing the apartments Processing tenant applications and references Lease sign-ups & renewals Schedule and conduct routine inspections Maintain presentation of apartments and shared spaces Manage online property listings Assist with resident events Update systems and maintain records Perform general admin and support tasks Skills & Experience Ideally, 2 years experience within the real estate industry Property Management Registration preferred, but not essential Be passionate about property, love engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
