Reporting to the Senior Manager BT PMO Governance and Prioritisation, the Divisional PMO Analyst (DPMO Analyst) will work across the Specialist Business Division business units to manage a series of scripts and reports to help the business identify customers potentially impacted by a range of quality issues within the registry systems. You will combine your customer focus, technical and analytical skills and industry knowledge to deliver key outcomes for our business.
The DPMO will work closely with Project Managers, Resource Managers & other stakeholders to understand and define the situation, problem and need. They will engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements for reporting purposes and scope and interpret data in remediation projects across our Wealth Management Platforms. This role will see you extend the resource management capabilities across the organisation providing a graphical representation of project resource supply and demand.
