Utilise your Program Management Office (PMO) expertise and join a new and specialised Program team responsible for ensuring that Macquarie meets new and enhanced regulatory obligations under APRA's new draft Prudential Standard for Operational Risk and Resilience (CPS 230).
Join our Enterprise Services team with the Risk Management Group as a PMO professional where you will work with the Operational Risk and Resilience teams on the CPS 230 Program. This is a multi-year, organisation wide transformation that will ensure that Macquarie is resilient to operational risks and disruption to critical operations through enhanced frameworks, technology, data and processes.
The Program is in the start-up phase, and will involve multiple workstreams, stakeholders and Program governance forums. The PMO will play a key role in developing and managing the infrastructure to support these streams, the Program Director and the Business owner to effectively manage and govern the Program.
You will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the PMO for Macquarie's CPS 230 Program. This may include (although is not limited to) :

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralized unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Behavioural Risk, Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Affairs and Aggregate Risk, and RMG Enterprise Support.
