Payroll Officeropportunity has become available with our client, and this is one not to miss!Job TitlePayroll OfficerIndustryNot-for-profitHours3 or 4 days per week (Monday to Wednesday essential)LocationHybrid working between CBD office and homeStart Date -ASAPDuration -Minimum 12 month fixed term contractRESPONSIBILITIESPayroll processing (approx. 300 people) using Chris21, associated activities as well as maintaining payroll systemPrepare payroll and HR information for input both accurately and efficientlyPrepare employment documentation alongside HR and maintain employee dataAssist the organisation to meet its taxation, superannuation and other legislative and statutory obligationsRespond to payroll enquiries, provide payroll information to the business, identify errors and process accuratelyReport to ensure all payroll reconciliation and auditing needs are coveredDevelop management reportsInterpret awards / agreementsAssist Finance ManagerOther duties as requiredREQUIREMENTSSolid payroll experience from a similar role previouslyChris21 system experienceCommunication, organisation and stakeholder management skillsUnderstanding of accounting practicesA can do attitude and attentive to detailIf you meet all of these requirements please click
