About youResponsibilities and Accountabilities :
Reporting to our Senior Facilities Co-ordinator, this role will have a variety of tasks no two days will be the same however your typical tasks would include :
Answering incoming calls and welcoming visitors to our modern Fujitsu office on Collins Street.Work closely with other reception teams across our other Australian sites and be responsible for mail and couriers.Ensure the reception and meeting rooms are kept to a high standardBe responsible for Access Cards, monthly WHS Floor walks, catering for onsite bookings & mobile phone admin.Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Senior Facilities Coordinator.Be proactive during the quiet moments to tidy around the premises and seek any additional tasks as required from the manager.Requirements1-2 years experience in a similar role or within customer service is desirable, but not essential.Exceptional customer service skillsExcellent phone manner and written communication skills.Immaculate personal presentation with an outgoing and friendly persona.Ability to think on your feet while multi-tasking, prioritising and working to strict deadlines.A proactive attitude and the ability to be self-sufficient is essential.Why Fujitsu?We are an organisation with a strong set of values and a history of respecting fairness and equality, whilst promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
