Asquith Workforce is currently looking for an experienced Recruiter for our client in Parramatta. This role can be hybrid, a mixture of working from home and office work.

We are looking for an applicant to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.

The role will include;

Recruitment of interns, trainees, graduates, apprentices

Program management of early talent programs; guiding placement managers through their accountabilities

Design, develop, deliver and program manage development activities for early talent programs

Build strong relationships with external graduate employer agencies and education institutions

Involvement in leadership development and talent initiatives

We are looking for someone :

Experience in roles responsible for Early Talent programs

Experience in assessment tools highly regarded (eg psychometric instruments)

Experience working with educational institutions

Recruitment and talent selection experience

Great communication and presentation skills

Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders are encouraged to apply._
