We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Representative to help us discover, qualify and manage leads. As a BDR at ActiveCampaign, you would partner with the closing teams to prospect and qualify strategic opportunities within our commercial market. The ideal team member will be naturally curious, very coachable, and extremely motivated to succeed.
- What your day could consist of
- Researching and generating new leads through outbound prospecting
- Working with leadership to design target and call strategy
- Executing 40-50 outbound calls / day or equivalent talk time
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly quotas
- Be part of a high growth business focusing on the ANZ market, as a core contributor to ActiveCampaigns next stage of growth
- Committing to your own development and growth
- What is needed
- 1+ years of experience in outbound selling preferred but not required
- Self-motivated and collaborative attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals in a creative & enthusiastic way
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others to enable excellent collaboration
- Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow
- Taking a growth mindset to the role with a high level of resilience & commitment
