About the role

International Corrosion Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Forrestdale, WA. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, developing long-term relationships, and driving sales success.

What you'll be doing Proactively manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive revenue growth and profitability

Develop and execute account plans to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your portfolio

Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights to the broader team

Support marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services

What we're looking for Proven track record of success in a sales account management role, ideally within the corrosion services industry

Strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to build trust with key stakeholders

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade

Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and identify growth opportunities

Collaborative team player with a solutions-oriented approach

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
