Our Team

Thales offers comprehensive solutions in Air Traffic Services, supporting Australia's growing travel requirements. We are delivering the Civil / Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS / OneSKY) in Australia, enhancing safety, efficiency, and environmental outcomes.

Your role

The purpose of this position is to support the CMATS Training Team in simulation and dataset adaptation training, system analysis, design, development, and continuous improvement of the ATC simulation training solution for the CMATS Project.

The CMATS Operational Lifecycle Support Instructor will contribute to Data Specialist and Training User activities, ensuring training meets project objectives and resource efficiency. You will lead training for personnel involved in simulation configuration, dataset adaptation, and exercise management, demonstrating high expertise in Data Preparation (DPR) and Exercise Editor (EED) tools.
