- What is this position about?
The Cash Management Officer is responsible for supporting Cash Management products and services to new, established and target prospective corporate customers.
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?Primary Role ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance of the Head of Cash Management assist with the end-to-end client experience for onboarding and servicing, fulfilling client requests and resolving operational issues.Building strong working relationships with key delivery partners including ITO, Global Markets, Corporate Coverage and regional Transaction Banking teams.Escalation & follow up of problems / technical issues with internal and regional teams (product / system)Proactively reach out to the client in support of bank initiatives / events involving sensitive / complex communication, under the guidance of the Head of Cash Management.Assist with general and adhoc projects as directed by Head of Cash Management.Other contributionsContribute to the Permanent Control FrameworkProvide support / backup for Client Service Desk when requiredWhat is required for you to succeed?Preferably knowledge of corporate bank products, i.e. Cash management, Term deposits, electronic banking platformsExperience in a client facing role.Comfortable with technology and MS office toolsMinimum 2-3 years' experience in Corporate Banking processing environmentMotivation and prioritisation - requires the incumbent to display a high degree of self-motivation and good time management skills.High degree of problem solvingCommunication - able to clearly convey information both internally and externally.Ability to operate autonomously and show initiativeAbout BNP PARIBASAs the leading European Union bank, and one of the world's largest financial institutions with an uninterrupted presence in the region since 1860, BNP Paribas offers a wide range of financial services for corporate, institutional and private investors spanning corporate and institutional banking, wealth management, asset management and insurance.
