- Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Manager, in this role you will :
Work on several major dewatering projects.Contribute to a culture where Safety & Health is held in the highest regard.Participate in, and conduct behavioral observations, and promote, recognise and reward safe behaviour.Contribute to the delivery of Project on time, within budget and quality standards, including :Daily planning, maintaining, coordinating and monitoring construction programs and completion of activities involved in the Project, and communicating on same with relevant stakeholders.Ensuring the works between subcontractors is coordinated with mínimal interface disruptions.Seeking the most efficient techniques, methods and materials.Ensuring works are executed in accordance with quality management plan in conjunction with Project Engineer and Project Manager.Lead and develop an effective and productive team, including :Managing the work performance of self and direct reports.Developing alignment between team capability and project's objectives.Safe and on time delivery of all aspects of the projects you work on.Working on a 2 : 1 FIFO Roster on BHP, Rio Tinto and Roy Hill sites.Managing and protecting Client Relationships to ensure further opportunities will be secured.Experience and AttributesTo be successful in the role, you should be able to demonstrate the following attributes.
